Didn't use escrow. Paid half up front, half on delivery

Can you please post the Tx ID for both payments? Surely that would be no problem if you indeed paid for the GoPro.

I ordered 2 from this guy on cryptothrift. Same story, said he would ship soon, but so far nothing has happened. I think I will wait a few more days before I request a escrow refund.

Really wish this guy was legit....

From gopro reseller program site:
http://gopro.com/authorized-reseller-program/us/program-requirements

2. Sell on Approved Retail Website(s) Only

Must only take orders via publicly accessible eCommerce enabled web pages hosted on approved websites owned and operated by your company.

Selling on 3rd party sites (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, etc.), drop-ship accounts (Buy.com, Newegg.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslist.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) or direct messages on forums is strictly prohibited.

Also from their minimum advertised price policy:

To protect the investment of our high-quality dealers and GoPro’s brand reputation, we have unilaterally adopted a MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY (“MAP Policy”).
CHDHX-302    HERO3+ Black Edition    399.99

I guess they just made exceptions for you!

See above. Gopro clearly states they don't want resellers selling on forums, and they only allow you to sell for their approved minimum price. I don't think this is legit considering he said they're "perfect for eBay" yet he's willing to take a lesser profit and sell then here instead of eBay himself.

Umm that's not how it works. No need for picture, and no need to edit the picture. Post the raw Tx ID so I can verify myself.

Step 1: find transaction on blockchain equal to transaction
Step 2: take screenshot
Step 3: edit out addresses
Step 4: verified!

^ From the way that it's going right now, it's most likely an attempted scam, although I don't think he actually got anyone to send btc first yet. A few of us has btc locked up in escrow, waiting for him to ship or even respond.

Wow how disappointing was really looking at maybe snagging one of these.

I have a Hero 2 I will sell with a 16GB card for 150 shipped.

If I go to Surf Expo this year, I can get Hero 3's for 250 shipped to you.

I'm going to request my btc back from escrow this Friday if he still doesn't respond. It's been 2 weeks already and still no shipping confirmation for me. At this point, the chances of this being legit is slim to none.

trust in this place is going be massive 0 for anyone doing business like this. how many scams every day is started amd abandoned it's unbelievable.  thanks to few broken words and trusted escrow we can sleep with no worries.

just a thought that maybe leave to him negative for low ball like that. his account is not newbie so he can try scam again? I didn't lost anything thanks to escrow but someone can be unlucky.
