How surprising, no reply. Minersource has my $800 and refuses to give it back, they want me to accept 6+ months old miners even though my order was cancelled.

How can I get my money back?
Decided to give it a final try before filing at the ftc, by replying to a month old support ticket, was asked for a wallet add. next day, for the third time, sent it and got the final $194 back a day later.

So he's just buying time. You have to push hard enough and he'll bend Wink

Nice, wish they would send me my money back.

Still no refund,

Minersource please continue with the refund you promised me on June 2014.

You can send me 1 BTC to this new bitcoin address: 15TrStnmq3G3NymjDQGPKfvGKGtd9x9945
instead of the $844 I wire transferred to Miner Hosting LLC last year.

order number ending with: R....24732

..and still no refund. It's now been a year ago since I ordered from Minersource aka Miner Hosting LLC.

I know this is against all consumer laws but apparently because I live in Europe Miner Hosting LLC thinks they can get away with it.  Roll Eyes

You need to contact an attorney in the state of Colorado.

I'm looking into it but it's a bit difficult since I live in Europe.
