How surprising, no reply. Minersource has my $800 and refuses to give it back, they want me to accept 6+ months old miners even though my order was cancelled.

How can I get my money back?

Decided to give it a final try before filing at the ftc, by replying to a month old support ticket, was asked for a wallet add. next day, for the third time, sent it and got the final $194 back a day later.

I know this is against all consumer laws but apparently because I live in Europe Miner Hosting LLC thinks they can get away with it.
