I've been inspired by the stories of start ups of the internet bubble and I got to thinking.
I truly believe the Crypto bubble if you can even call it that can be just as big or even bigger.
We've all heard of the stories of early internet start ups making it big and one of those start ups is one of the biggest companies today, yes that's right Google itself.
So what's stopping us from making our own Google? I'm being serious here, I'm talking to all the innovative entrepeneurs on this forum that have dreams of really doing something in this space. Who here's up for Making the Google of Crypto? We can make the next big start up and all we have to do is put our minds together. The heights we can reach are limitless if we really get things going. If you're interested in getting in on this start up and feel you can really contribute reply here or shoot me a private message.
Edit: Note* I wasn't just saying we should literally make the crypto version of google but if that's what you thinks best then I'm all for it.

I am all for business opportunities, but I think you need to have a concrete idea and a strong and small group of founders first.

If I could place a bet somewhere it would be that the Google of crypto is being seed funded the second half of this year or the first half of next ...

so people, get your thinking caps on.
things needed 1) developers that know best practices for crawling the web to make the search database easily fill up with keywords to ensure people find what they are looking for. 2) servers and storage space to cope with the load/requests and also storage of video files (youtube) type of crypto subsiduary 3) advertising service (generating the revenue) 4) social forum (google plus) 5) a simple name that people will easily type in to access and remember and prefer to use i think the numbering is 1 very important to 5 least important, so lets not spend pages of posts just talking about naming it, and concentrate on the important stuff first.

I'll add a tidbit. 1) We're probably looking at something along the lines dubbed the Semantic Web, ergo that's what we're up against and anything short of such won't cut it. 5) That said, Shrem comes to mind, albeit it'll work best if it were an acronym - SHREM (for Semantic ? ? ? ?).

I wasn't just saying we should literally make a crypto version of google. I was just using google as an example because it's a start up that has seen huge success. But if a crypto version of google is the start up everyone thinks is the best I'm all for it.

Everything is possible! Someone needs to have the expertise in coding and are really enthusiastic at crypto, diligent enough.

I wasn't just saying we should literally make a crypto version of google. I was just using google as an example because it's a start up that has seen huge success. But if a crypto version of google is the start up everyone thinks is the best I'm all for it. That's what I thought you meant, but the convo started vectoring toward quasi-Google. In that case, I'll take back my SHREM idea before somebody steals it. BTW, I am working on a big idea, albeit not Bitcoin-based, but it does play an important role. Sans revealing what it is exactly, let's just say it's...
