Sounds good, but I prefer you to choose the winner, because of possible multi-accounts, buying votes etc ...  3 BTC reward simply encourages to do so.
Perhaps voting in private of your team, or public campaign but out of this thread/forum, so it can't be affected by participants ...?

thanks, the Japanese doesn't mean anything as far as I know, I just made it look like that to fit in with the rest of the design.
