I pointed 1TH/s worth of AntMiners over to you but started you off as a failover.
Going to test your pool out for a week and see if it pays out decently for my hashing power.
They're all machines I was going to just turn off and sell but I always like trying new pools.
I really like the interface, it's quite simplistic but modern but I do have suggestions:
-Use affiliate links so I can post to my websites, emails & forum signatures - You only use email invite right now correct, that's 1980's technology.
-Change stat speeds to at least GH/s instead of KH/s, seriously fucks me up every time; it's just overall an easier conversion to KH/s, TH/s & PH/s from GH/s.
-Get a new domain name, it's too generic and hard to remember, get a brandeable name; many people shun upon affiliate marketing because the amount of fraud.
-Your home page sucks, whatever you got there now should be a banner x'able announcement on the home page.
-You'd have the coolest pool if you shown stats live on your homepage.
-Using Prop is a VERY bad idea, too easy to rip off prop pools for pro hoppers like me, you end up losing; I'll never mine a prop pool regularly.
-I recommend doing what Eclipse does, offer both PPS & DGM and you can set your workers for either; one of my fave features in mining they have my whole mine's failover.
-Live stats, 50ms update
-Give difficulty suggestions and the ability to input your own.
-Best pools to model are BTC Guild, Eclipse and BitMinter
Do all the above and I'll point the rest of my machines over and spread the word. Affiliate link would be another deal breaker for me, for email to work you have to have a friend who mines and I don't have any friends who mine anymore professionally but I know how to find miners and make a compelling sales pitch. I'm just going to test the pool for a week or so and give an honest opinion. If anyone NEEDS TO KNOW, they do pay, as low as
BTC0.0001 and yes you need to change it if you don't want to get paid failover money at every block found (lol). I learned that the hard way from not changing the minimum payout, those minute amounts get really annoying after a while; kinda like a tease lol
For example, when I mine Eclipse regularly, I use DGM. When I use them as main failover, like I do now, I set it as PPS because I don't lose shares like you do with PPLNS method, which using one as failover is just plain stupid. I believe that PPS is going to make a come back as the favored payment method in the not so distant future. I could even predict F2Pool overtaking GHash as #1 Bitcoin mining pool. They're making a killing at 4% fee but Eclipse only charges
I like your pool's interface but not enough for me to mine regularly at on prop.
I'm willing to help out but I will take that 2.5% aff cut from my own mining assets as payment; I work as a video gaming beta tester, I don't work for free
If you haven't thoroughly tested your affiliate program, I can do that too but you'll still need to add the possibility for links ie: mining.ban.com/r=gigabit
I see work being done though, so that's a good sign, keep it up
More options is always giving the miners more control, the more the miner are given control over their mining, the happier they are.
Hope this helps you a bit.
All the best,
-GigaBit
