It will definitely be interesting to see whether folks stick around for the next, month-long period.  The low max post count makes a lot of sense for the first week, but I suppose that people will look for another option if they have to wait around all month (just my opinion).  The test, of course, will be an empirical one that we'll find out about in about 2 days.

I am 90% sure the campaign will blow up if he just removes the limit and raises the price by like 20%.

The rates are already up the ceiling. This is a signature nothing more nothing less.
Others offer less, so be happy. If you are not you're free to join another campaign.

The post limit has been discussed to death. We don't want spammers but legit posters. Having people post like mad just to get their counter up will inevitably make them post for the sake of posting.

If any changes are to be made then due to. a. great success with the campaign b. free markets

It all comes down to competition. Think to yourself is it really worth it for the campaign or not. Maybe higher the price but limit the amount of users for a bit and see how it goes. Just a thought.

The rates are exactly the same as PD's for good measure and therefore higher than other campaigns.
Also diversified participants are better than a few ones that just stick to the same subforums all the time. We now have members from many different parts of the forum.

-Clarification regarding the start: Since we're starting today the first payout will be in exactly one week. Therefore only 11 posts are required to reach the payout level this time.

50 minimum a month,31d, gives rounded
minimum of 3 posts if you join today (Jul 30)
minimum of 2 posts if you join tomorrow
Just like the 11 when the campaign started.

This way people that join in the middle of the month are not at a disadvantage.
Campaign hoppers will still not be able to create an unnecessary mess since this is only possible one time.

So this will be possible for the future as well? I was actually pondering that, but since I am currently committed to another compaign I did not ask. Say Id joined on the 18th I dont think I can make 50 posts till 1st of the next month. Maybe I can if I try hard but thats not the point, is it? So joined on the 18th would be 20, 21 posts minimum correct? If I see your minimum you are aiming at ~1-2 posts a day.

There are not too many places left for the first period (we'll see how much the campaign does and then re-evaluate) but you should be easily able to get back up in time if it was just due to deleting posts.
For fairness I can't just allow a Jr. in the campaign.

Yeah, with a 31d month this would be 21 posts.
Some do roll over etc. but my intention is to run a stable program. 50 posts a month should be doable by anyone, I don't care too much whether you do them in a few days or distributed as long as it's not spam. The idea of starting aliquot is to make it fair from the beginning on.
And yes I think I'll do it this way in the future too. Sounds like the most fair and easiest option.
