Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Good launch, awaiting some exchanges and features.

Thanks! The dev team is working hard to deliver some great stuff. We are working on two things now, reformulate the wallet look and add some more privacy on top on the tor protocol.

We are going to sleep though. Launches are stressful.

OCminer and myself are already going over it.    But things can slip past us even.  I implore the community to help out as well.  It is open source.

In the end guys it's not how many coins you get, its what it will be worth

If you mine a coins that pays out 10000 coins a block in 60sec, that will be worth like 0.00000010 BTC on a exchange

A coin like Sync that got like 0.14 coins per block, (YES 0.14) that is worth like 1 BTC on a exchange atm, so time will tell if this one wil be worth alot or not.

Even 0.4 BT can be worth 0.4 BTC in the end ? , well you get the point  Cool

I understand your point, but right now , everybody is skeptic about new coins , so I don't think the market will be so eager to receive a new coin unless it brings something new to the table
