You might want to state your location if you're buying physical hardware.

280X - All but 2 rigs are MSI 280X Gamer Edition (2 rigs are XFX 280X)
270X - All but 4 rigs are MSI Gamer Edition (2 rigs are ASUS and 2 are Gigabyte tri force)
290/290X - 1 rig with 2 x 290 Sapphire and 1 XFX 290X * all Reference coolers*
7950 - 1 rig is MSI Frozr the other is Sapphire 2L

Most of the mobo are Gigabyte 990FXA-ud3
PSU are all LEPA 1600 or Silverstone 1500

I also have 22 GPU's sitting idle I would sell cheap (18 x 7950's + 4 x 7970)  Most of them have a bad fan, but hash well and the 7970's run great good fans etc...) *Only took them down to add more Ant Miner S1's*

If interested I would also sell my seeds (72 total)

If you bought the farm I would include all my remote reboot units + switches if you needed them!  I can login and via web interface power off/on all the rigs.

What price range are we looking at?

How many cards in total?

Is this The MH/s in Scrypt or X11?

X11 - 290MH so for Scrypt probably around 85MH or so.  I will get you an exact count of the cards / mobos / psu etc...  I will be going to my farm either today or tomorrow and will let you know.
