DistributionLebix is a 100% proof-of-stake (pos) cryptocurrency, which means it cannot be mined and the coins need to be initially distributed.
We have seen how other pos coins struggle and are offten called "scams" because of the lack of fairness in the initial distribution. For example NXT was distributed among 70* investors through and initial public offering (IPO).
We do not want that to happen to Lebix for that reason we have taken the following measures to make a fair distribution:

"Premine"?Yes, we will keep 50,000 coins (0.5%) that will be used to pay for the development costs. Even though we coded the majority of things to make this coin a reality, we had to pay around $5,000 USD for consulting expenses.
We will sell these coins at a rate of 0.0001 BTC to raise 5 BTC in total. And the 5 BTC will be used to pay for future projects. If these coins are not sold we will keep them to pay for bounties.

How can I participate?-Just create an account in our website. When the distribution begins your will have an option to withdraw the coins to your wallet.
Why 1,500 users or 2 weeks?We don't want people calling us scammers because the coin was "ninja launched" or because we distributed the coins among a small group of people. We want the distribution to be fair.
Why do we need to register?We ask you to register so we can detect people making multiple accounts. We will delist multiple accounts created from the same ip or TOR ips.
Why do you ask for email verification?We do it just to discourage spammers and people trying to create many accounts.
