The rules of this topic are simple. I am going to invest around 15BTC into 10-15 coins, when I feel comfortable.

 I will write down and share how much I earned or lost. The 1 BTC - 1,5 BTC number is picked purposely, so the middleclass can follow me. I could invest more, but I want to find out how much can we make this way.

You can invest with me or laugh at me. I will delete only vulgar and spam posts. Feel free to point out pluses or minuses and I will add them.

Lastly I will be honest about my purchases. Don need to create image of awesome trader and then having minions on twitter. I do this mainly as hobby. But even hobby can be done well.

Trade number 1. ESC

BOUGHT: 0.0000405
SOLD: 0.0000648
(values are averaged)

1.5 BTC invested 62% pure profit 0.93BTC (2.43BTC total)

Could have been much better, but the orders got dumped at 0.0001 and market did not recover, at 0.00008 people started to panic and I had to get out.  Might reinvest, in that case I would count it as another coin (even though its the same). If you bought with me and want to get out you can, you will make 50% there are still buy ordersof few btcs.

BOUGHT AT avg of .0000405 (was possible to buy even around 3, so I am -30% off the best, still good I would say considering the coin was around 8 when it was added and I did not want to risk missing good buy in opportunity).

Just buy under 5 - that way marketcap is around 50K USD, 100k USD with exposing to coinmarketcap (which will happen in few days) , new graphics and generally some tweeting around is highly propable. 200K usd hit cap with some new features and 500k with atleast few big investors in it.
Also the block halving will help, buy until market readjust price.

ALL coins are dying and dropping in value almost the whole time since January.
We have brief little pauses were they stop dropping or rebound slightly but that does not make up for the overall losses.

Your best bet would have been to just invest in Bitcoin i think.

that is a good chunk of money to toss around like it's nothing !

i also think it's odd you would gamble with that much after telling us you really don't even know what your doing.

first thing you do is buy into an obscure unpopular IPO coin ? really ?? WOW LOL

I have set them secretly, in case someone following would like to sell their coins before. But when I sell I will go and post. Some coins I want to hold short term some coins long term.

Yes I am going to buy into that coin, as we speak the price is 0.0000788. Will go up since there was block reward halving few hours ago and the difficulty is still high.

Luck is surely needed, but I also try to learn as much as possible about stock trading (because I thing the knowledge can be applied here).
ATM reading Successful Stock Trading by Nick Radge , I am alread past half of the books and really like it.

Try to divide your whole assets into 50 parts and invest 1/50 every time. Few coins a month. :-) Does not matter how much you have , alt cryptos will propably live for a long time. It is just a tool for quick speculation availible to all people (and people want to use it).

I have been doing the same thing since may 2014 I have increased my holdings by 100%

It took 2 months to do it and at one point I had lost half my investment.

Seriously good thread dude!!!

This forum is full of stories from people who say they've made (or lost) shit loads of money but it's all anecdotal really, so everything needs to be taken with a pinch of salt. It's refreshing to see somebody who's completely open and willing to share their investment experiences with everybody else, through trades that are good and bad.

Gonna be watching this thread with great interest to see how the trading works out.
