I think he ask if the campaign didn't reach 100 participants will the campaign starts. I think he didn't know that the campaign already started.

I like the fonts in the new one - the old one used fonts that I don't have, so it looked kind of ugly. But I preferred the black background that's currently in my signature.

Am I allowed to keep the signature I'm currently using? Or better still, have the new one with a dark background?

Hmm that does use the full privileges of the Hero Tier
Color in the background and it makes it look clearer and easier on the eyes (in my opinion) not a bad tweak in my opinion but this is for DiceBitcoin to decide on.
