Is this DOS feature already working, or just a promise? Why are you choosing such a long PoW period and high coin count by the way? Would you consider putting the premine in escrow? Considering the long PoW period and the high premine %, you own a substantial portion of the current coin total.

I believe were already in talks about the premine escrow, the Dev has seemed open to the idea so far yes.
