that is no reason for negative rep. Just because he sold it to someone else. Did he show he was not trustworthy at any point. The trust rating is not to be abused. He sold it to someone else for more. In the end it is his decision on who he sells to.

Not when we had an AGREEMENT and i nearly sent my btc!!!

This is why I contacted regedit again with a new, better offer which he accepted.
