Hey Guys,

For most of you which don't know us we are AMT (Advanced Mining Technologies).  We're a bitcoin miner manufacturer located outside of Philadelphia, PA.  We originally started manufacturing and assembling in Philadelphia with a few SMT houses around the area (see image section 1). In short, one of them botched the job completely, causing us to loose over a quarter of a million in pre-sold funds when they produced faulty equipment. But like any manufacturing run, you purchase everything needed to build a miner while your SMT is building your board.  We did buy a surplus of equipment for assembly, testing, experimental purposes, case selection and more.

Now we've moved SMT manufacturing to Europe and Asia to cut costs, but we still keep some assembly operations based in Philadelphia (Jenkintown to be exact, right up route 611 if your coming from downtown).

Because our factory in asia (see image section 2) is able to take care of just about everything (the way it should be done) and we've recently just shipped all outstanding orders to clients, we are liquidating some of the extra surplus equipment we have in the Philadelphia office/warehouse/our garages.

From demo miners, to power supplies, to computer cases and more, we have a decent amount to unload. We figured we'd give the coin community a go at it first before listing everything on ebay.

We'll accept Paypal (via an email paypal invoice) or Bitcoin (via a bitpay email invoice) or cash on the spot of course if your close enough to pickup. Receipts will be given for all equipment purchases.

Bulk purchases are welcome and pricing is negotiable, but do please remember we often paid top dollar and ordered these items at express costs with the intent to assemble and ship quickly based on the failed SMT's expectation of the boards delivery times.

(Image section 1)

--

(Image section 2)

We'll try to break this down in an organized way by section of equipment and post images accordingly.

Shipping is not included, but if you have a UPS, FEDEX, or DHL account we can ship and bill to your account. Or preferably you create a label and we'll just bring it out throw it on the package and ship.

Dude... you still owe me $6,000 worth of mining equipment that you never delivered.

But don't you see? They already shipped outstanding orders. The miners are just invisible. You've probably just been walking past it everyday when you walk out of the house.

We cant discuss refunds because the class action filed against we are legally not allowed to refund anyone until the class is "settled" or over, otherwise CLENELLS lawyers will freeze our business operations for operating against counsel. GET it. Alternative miners are not option because of the class action. The only thing we are allow to do is ship you exactly what you ordered with some upgrade possibilities. LEGALLY thats all we can do, if we do anything else for one client we have to do to it for all clients. PERIOD. BLAME CLENELL FOR THIS, HE CAUSE THIS CLASS ACTION AND THIS SITUATION OTHERWISE WE COULD HAVE OFFERED ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS BEFORE.

Regarding the above, its located in the Philadelphia office. It is working fine.  Here is professional picture of the machine.

Now if you took bitcoin on delivery and allowed the person time to set it up and verify it works before paying I would be impressed :O

That service should exist yes, but it doesn't.

How about Escrow based on a 24 hour performance run of the machine. Escrow agent doesn't release the funds unless the miner performs as expected. If the client is dissatisfied with the machine the notifies escrow within 24 hours of receipt and pays ship it back it, and the escrow agent returns the funds to the client upon proof of return to manufacturer. If no notification is given the clients funds are transferred to the manufacturer.

Oh, your talking about the corsairs?

What state do you live in, maybe we can do that with the PSU, only risking a few hundred bucks there.

Since you owe tons of money in requested refunds and undelivered hardware isn't this tantamount to selling stolen goods?

Maybe we're trying to make the money back to give you refund. How about that one.

Then I'd be happy. But since you specifically stated you can't give refunds my guess is this is not the case. If it is then good on you, it would be much appreciated by those of us who have been put through the ringer.

I get it man it's been tough on you, I mean specifically you not just the company. But it's been hard as fuck on everyone else too. We just want to see that you give a damn.

....ALL NEW PURCHASES ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 7 DAYS. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS OR THE MINER DOESN'T WORK. SHIP IT BACK AND WE'LL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS. OTHERWISE YOU COULD JUST MINE FOR FREE AND BE LIKE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK RIGHT. ............

I guess they learned to sell miners watching cartoons.

Just sell the same one over and over again. Move office space etc and start again.

JOSHUA ZIPKIN, THE OWNER OF AMT MINERS HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM ME. HE IS A LIAR. HE IS A CON ARTIST. HE RUNS THE MOST CORRUPT COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY 40+ YEARS.

I intend to coarsen. I want stark contrasts drawn. I want polarization. I will not quietly accept stateism so as not to upset anyone. I am not tolerant of our impending and increasing slavery.

I paid for express shipping, did you send mine on a dingy? Perhaps it is being one man kayaked here by Mr. Zipkin himself. Now that would be service.

won the AMT miner auction with a bid for 2x 1.35BTC and amt is backing down on the terms of the listing.  will post here with results but the auction vibe is shifty

Not looking too good for AMT fire sale at this point.  I was actually thinking about giving that 24 hour escrow concept he mentioned a try on one of his cheaper units.  Holding off on that idea for the moment.

It's at a point where we are better off just all suing them independently. My guess is he won't show up and we'll win by default. Then he'll just have to be tracked down for payment.

They have responded in the thread to accept that I won by auction rules and that escrow is allowable. Hopefully I can have payment made today and a miner in-hand next week.

We've said many times that we've never really used the forum to sell. Now we're giving it a shot to develop credibility ok. Any guidance is always appreciated.

We've said many times that we've never really used the forum to sell. Now we're giving it a shot to develop credibility ok. Any guidance is always appreciated.

First those are sent feedbacks, 2, John k has been mia for a year.

Really?  That alone should prove that we have never used escrow. And now we feel stupid.

Easy misunderstanding at first glance of sent vs received reputation. The bad reputation was sent TO an imposter 'trezor' account.

I still am happy to go ahead with escrow using bit pop who has a great reputation and no reason to dissappear with a measly ~3btc.

Please see if other shipment methods may be competitive - it seems strange that shipping to Canada would cost 3x shipping to the United states does, almost a full bitcoin difference in price.

If you can provide an exact BTC value for 2.7btc plus shipping costs I can move funds to the escrow address asap. I would request that the packages be marked with the auction value or $500 each to spare some expense at the time of delivery

We'll check some other companies and get back to you, but its like 7:30pm over there so anyway it'll ship tomorrow. Tomorrow morning (your evening) and would most likely arrive on Saturday. we'll see about UPS i they can provide a better quote. The difference in price is because we have discounted rates to and from to specific territories with DHL.Like Shenzhen/Hongkong - Eastcoast, BG- EUROZONE discounts etc. We'll check in the morning and get back to you.

Just want to say that its been about 36hrs since this post and I have not heard a peep from AMT_miners even after they claimed that shipping was $360 each to Canada (as opposed to $120 for America/Europe) - which adds an unexpected ~20% to the cost of the winning bid.
