XCloudcoin will be distributed rather than cash or Bitcoin.

Profits earned each month are paid either in cash or Bitcoin?

Did they mean that? Or is it paid in Xcloudcoins?

Agreed. The only sells right now are people trying to short. Its a risky as fuck attempt at making a few extra coins. The fools don't realize that they are actually allowing the whales to accumulate for less than they are prepared to pay if needs must.

The main thing I'm watching is not the sells - but the creeping up of buys and the decreasing number of coins available sub 60,000 - 1.5 hours ago there was 16.5 BTC of coins on Bittrex between 47,000 and 60,000. Now there is 6.3BTC.

What this means is those who are buying are NOT content to sell their new coins for 60,000 or less (as is obviously to be expected). The sells going on right now don't matter, and in fact are helping the price move up - there is less and less resistance as those coins are not being chucked back on the sell order book.

Expecting 120K when I wake up and a listing on Cryptsy and hopefully Mintpal too.

I don't think many have the required 10K, i'd guess around 30 people, so that would make it 300K that won't be in circulation.
