As any other charity, but her you must have 11 transactions in your coinbase transaction when submitting for a solved block. You should be familiar with the way how charity works, this one is just a bit more tricky.

I will admit I didn't read your OP correctly at first.  I read a lot of posts on a lot of threads.  At a glance it looked like .08% = 10 coin per block to a foundation wallet.  I think you should have simply said it was 8% per block total.  Then you wouldn't have had these issues.
