Shipping is from the UK. Total price is base price + shipping + tax (if applicable). See below.

Base Price: BTC 0.05

UK                          : = 0.012 tax, 0.01 shipping = 0.072

EU non business      : = 0.016 tax, 0.03 shipping = 0.096
EU VAT reg business: = 0.0 tax,     0.03 shipping = 0.08

US                          : = 0.0 tax,     0.08 shipping = 0.13

Will do them all for 0.12, shipping remains the same, tax for EU non business is 0.03. Total is therefore 0.18 for all delivered to you.

What would be the total hashing power of these combined and would i be able to run them all on one usb hub controlled by a raspberry pi?

~15 + ~5x5. You can run them all on one hub, although I've run it off a Windows PC. A Pi should be no different.
