Maybe anyone of coin developers can help an EMD community? Emerald wallet has been developed on the base of LTC.
I think there is a need to make a hardfork if anyone has the relevant knowledges.
We can take the current version of LTC https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin.git and remake it for EMD.
The current version of Emerald can no longer cope with the size of blockchain.

As for "EXCEPTION: 11DbException error."

I found a solution
I increased the mutex region by adding a DB_CONFIG file
___@___:~/.bitcoin$ cat DB_CONFIG
mutex_set_max 100000
The region went from 2MB to 12MB ... this is for suer too much. Setting mutex_set_max to 32k should be sufficient...

I think that the best solution is to make a fork from the current version of litecoin.

If anyone have solution for this (other than change server settings)

to avoid memory allocation errors of Berkeley DB add to your .emerald directory a file named DB_CONFIG containing the statement mutex_set_max 100000

Is there any trouble on the EMD blockchain. I have had pool withdrawals to my wallets never appear, although solo mining seems ok. Cryptopia has had 0 connections on their EMD wallet for several days now (which I have opened a ticket with them about). My concern grew when hundreds of coin from pool mining did make it to my local wallet after 4+ hours. Is there an issue?

EMD (as with some other wallets) has a problem with other non-emerald wallets connecting.
Another issue is not to many miners.  hash rate right now is only about 60 Mh/s.
Sometimes the big rigs jump on and jack the difficulty up, then run away and leave the little miners to deal with trying to keep the chain moving.

Don't know what's up with Cryptopia's wallet.

Sorry no, the issue is not there is not enough miners. There is more then enough push on this coin for every block to be hashed. The problem is coins from iSpace mining pool and Crytopia do not arrive. I have currently 16 connections on my wallet and I can't communicate with either of these critical services. As a result I have pulled all mining equipment on this coin until this is resolved. This is beginning to feel like a fork may have occurred. Can anyone comment on that possibility?

Unfortunately, forks are a possibility.
Out of the three explorers listed on the OP only one of them is running and there seems to be a little bit of a lag.

i saw that my mining earnings coming from ispace EMD mining are still not transfered.

i advise all EMD miner to check their EMD mining rewards and if necessary to switch to other EMD mining pools.
(my mining rewards from http://crypto.office-on-the.net:12125/static/ comes continiously)

the mining pool ispace will receive a request for check from me.
