It's 100GH, and my unit does not have the LCD screen. I got them in hand, not pre-order X1. To be honest 180GH worths 0.2 right now so I don't see why 100GH will be more expensive.

Nope. They have different weight. 0.11 is for 3 kg only. Total weight is 13kg. Do the maths.
