It's a pity Stripe is pushing Stellar and not bitcoin. I guess the merchants want to use Stellar, because it's linked to a facebook account, and in that way, the consumers are identified and they could spam them with direct product advertizing.

I think I will stay with BTC where I have a little privacy in what my spending habbits are, and less advertisement spamming to my facebook account.

Bitcoin provides many features which could extend the customer market and increase profits for business.  Technology always moves slow to acceptance, but it will happen eventually. I think in 5-10 years we'll see bitcoin everywhere

I think we may see 5000$ per BTC one day in the next few years. Considering it has been 1000$ before, 5000$ doesn't seem too far off.
Make sure you have a copy of them, in case you spill coffee over them or the dog eats them
