It's probably not as bad as you think.  There were a few people with power before pools got up, but overall I think this was a good launch.  I've seen far far worse and the biggest issue right now is the premine which will be dealt with once an exchange picks this up.

We're full of this newbies running this "newborn" accounts just to pull out the next "we will have everything and more" in the wallet and blahblah.

When i see this kind of anouncements i can only feel a lack of personality. Copy paste themes and idea from others and hope that some fools will fall in. I do not want to FUD, just giving my opinion.

I'm the Head Developer for another cryptocoin and i put my face and my reputation on it. If you are a "member" with proof of skills, you shouldn't have any hesitation to show you publicly in a new crypto project.
