In response to out of control debug.log due to a commented flag. I have rebuilt windows automatic and manual with the correct flags.

no i have completed 40 transactions in the past week... it take like 4 minutes tOPPS

TXid and you can see if its in the block chain at http://www.argakiig.us/blockchain/ssd/index.php. if it is submit a ticket at bittrex. Otherwise shut down your client and launch it with -salvagewallet. it will sort it out.

bittrex tell me ,"This transaction shows as 0 confirmations on the blockchain. We cannot do anything until this transaction is shown as confirmed."
 but now how do it ?

if they are in the block chain then all you can do is wait for them to go through. could have something to do with the 251 inputs. when you have larger amounts of inputs they tend to go through faster if you include an extra fee. you can do this in the options menu
