I mean an external one with some more enhanced features like displaying the number of PoS blocks vs. PoW blocks

Are the devs planning on doing something about the increase in the premine percentage? As it stands, the premine percentage is now 33% higher than the claimed 2% because of the reduction in coins generated from the PoW period because of the inclusion of PoS blocks...
