What would you do if you received 20 bitcoins?

Assuming I can't track down the sender after a reasonable time:

10 BTC > BitShares, Notes, and PLAY tokens.

2 BTC > Other alts (Peercoin, NXT etc)

5 BTC > Cold Storage with the rest of my savings

3 BTC > Give to other people/convert to fiat and pay bills

I would be ecstatic because my savings would be multiplied by like 9.

Your just sitting there and you get a notification that you have received 20 bitcoins out of nowhere. What would you do?

I would search the forum to see who has sent it mistakenly to me (because there is no other reason why someone would send me 20 bitcoins  ). I will ask them to sign a message with the sending address to confirm that it was theirs. And I would send them back their bitcoins.
