You can use a profitability-switching pool such as WafflePool. You mine to it, it will mine up the most profitable coin it finds (using more sophisticated algorithms than one would usually use to pick a coin), convert it to Bitcoin, and pay you directly in Bitcoin.

I used waffle pool when I dabbed by foot in scrypt based mining and they are someone that I would recommend. For the few months that I was using them, they were able to pay out everyday and generally earned more then the expected value of the hashpower that I was providing the pool. |

kashifrazzaq20: There is no such thing as an easy-to-mine coin. Any variance gets lost as people flock to a given coin. I recommend giving Wafflepool a try.

Keep up with the ANN subforum, and mine each new coin that launches for an hour or two right when it is released. It is pointless to run a gpu 24/7 with the current lack of profitability. Mining new coins, you will end up as a bagholder for lots of them, but the ones that make it will make more than enough to cover the losses from the bags of worthless coins.
