I don't think it will be above 25% but it is already over 10%.  My guess would be around 20%.  This of course because I decided to get back into mining to try out an S3 - figures.

You missinterpret the stats. It is already @~19.5% but there is still a week to go, so we will likely see >22-25%. No way it will be around 20%

my 12-14% is much more likely then 20% with 500+ blocks to go


we are in the 11.53% to 16.37% area  which is well under 20%
