it should be a REQUIREMENT for a coin..this mean that must be available together with pools at least, not 2 days after launch because "dev cant work 24/7".. dont u think?
when a coin has an exchange with 8 BTC/day volume after has a block explorer, there is something strange for me..

Look like there is a lot of bonties from Dev, but nobody want it. Instead of official pool, seems like some whale is mining in private pool... smells like pump incoming or he simply knows the future.
