Ok, this shit is getting out of hand. Why not close the ann-section (for new threads) for 2 weeks so everybody can come down a bit?

How about people learn to post in the right sections and don't pay attention to things which annoy them?

only the uninformed miners - on my pool http://www.lifeforce.info we onyl offers the best scrypt mineable coins.

it's shame some of these miners chase coins at the top of the list at places like whatmine only to discover there are no buy orders for the coins.

problem i see: legit coins only get launched once. The scam-devs need to make one or two new coins a week. And there is more than one scam-dev. So where is the end to that? When 100 new coins are released only 1 is no scam these days.

but it's right. In the end of the day investors need to become wiser.

New coins is risky as fuck these days.

Yes close it down so that people just move to a new forum and don't come back.

Instead of closing it down we should make every new ANN thread votable. If enough people like the new coin someone is trying to create and release to the public, they can vote when reading info about it, if not, the thread deletes itself after a day or two. Wouldn't that solve a lot of problems for shitty shit coins that come out a on daily basis and make some newbies lose a lot of money?

This is the absolute worst idea I have ever heard of. Some of us have no problem with new coins.

There are some bad and some good. I am glad that you are not in charge. Complete stupidity.

Close down the ANN thread would just send everyone over to cryptpcointalk anyway.

If you don't like the ANN section go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=186785
Here is the link to my trust settings here on forum. This trust system is very unfair. I make good on every deal Ive ever made. I had many, many deals as you can see and I never scammed anyone. All it takes is a random account to give you negative trust and youre screwed. Tomatocage has never even talked to me ever but when the random acct hit me with negative trust, Tomatocage came right behind him and marked neg trust again so obviously he was the one who did it. You can look at Tomatocage trust and see how many of his compeditors at the currency exchange thread he labeled scammers. I never scammed anyone. My trust was green over 20 before this. I hope it never happens to you because the mods cant help you.

It's bizarre how many people on this forum beg for things like "regulate to save my shitty investments" or "close this section because I don't like the consequences of taking part in an unregulated market". If only there were fully regulated markets for those people to go to instead of trying to spoil things for the rest of us who actually know how to invest and believe in the fundamentals of cryptocurrency...we can only hope Sad

Most likely those who actually understand the risks would just move to a new forum and make money as usual whilst the whiners could stay here, sit in a circle holding hands and gush at the thought of a fully regulated cryptocurrency to protect their money.

I agree - too many people crying for someone to hold their hands, and not let anything bad happen to them. I have to wonder what these people think will become of this arena if it becomes regulated.
