So I have been wanting to give back to the community a little and what better way to give back during the altcoin boom than to feed the homeless with altcoin donations?

Basically it works like this:
A) You send me a donation through any altcoin listed on major exchanges such as bittrex
B) I send the BTC equivalent to Sean's Outpost, you can check the thread here
C) I post the txid publicly as proof that I am not a scammer

What better way to promote your altcoin than giving to charity? What better way to make the value go up by asking the devs to make a donation?  Wink Wink Wink

You should obviously address that first before you try solicit donations from someone as it's looking like a scam at the moment so 'd advise anyone not to send money to this until it is sorted.

How is it looking like a scam? Because it is similar to another website? You only discredit yourself by making baseless claims, the problem is that you don't have much credibility to begin with.
