It would cost together with shipping to Hungary?
Is it with or without PCI-E cables? Please note you will need either 6 x standard 60mm fans in push/pull configuration or 3 x high flow ones. I still have a few high flow ones (loud), same as you can see in yslyung post fo 5€ each. 3x standard or 2x high speed could work if you don't use the PSU over 1400w. 2m power cable for the PSU (EU/schuko plug to IEC C19) = 6€ DPS 2000-BB PSU (tested) = 40€ Breakout board = 28€ 6 pins PCI-E cables 50cm long, 16AWG wires = 2€ each The package will weight close to 3 Kg, the PSU is heavy. Shipping options to Hungary: Happy-post, 7 days = 19€ Chronopost(Speedy), 4 days = 25€ Fedex, 4 days = 28€

Hi, bad news is I don't have it. Good news, it can be done. in the same price range as any XL board with 2-3 weeks delay (depends on how much I pay for shipping the PCB). Second bad news, I'll have to buy one PSU for it, and it will add 40€ to the boards price, but I'll ship the PSU to you with the finished boards. If you want it done, I'll ask you for a 45€/0.15BTC deposit for me to pay the PSU and some labor.

Small teaser of the work done so far on the monster PSU: IBM Bladecenter H, 39Y7364 39Y7349 2880W AA23920L
The main PCB, 4 layers of 2 oz copper to handle the 240A of power.
So with this setup we would need to use pci-e to pci-e cables? I have a bunch of bare lead ones, is crimping the plugs on easy enough? Or just better offer to buy new ones already made up? I guess I could always be lazy and butt splice two together to end up with a 100cm cable

I guess I could always be lazy and butt splice two together to end up with a 100cm cable yes, PCI-e 6 pins at both ends. It will be easier to plug/unplug cables. Unfortunately, they aren't making the other gender solder terminal, or we could have bought some extension cables. I'll order the first boards by the end of this week, I still need to figure if my sandwich plate will be a perfect fit. 1-2 weeks delay to get them delivered after the order. I'll have some cables in stock, but if you have what's needed to make them, it could be cheaper. with the right crimping tool, its really easy. It took me 3 trials to put the pin correctly on the tool. Quick update on the monster 2880Watt PSU board. The input board is finally adjusted. I just ordered both PCB. They are expected to reach me the first week of December. If everything goes well, they will be assembled and ready to ship by the 4th or 5th. Pricing for the first ones will be 65$ excluding shipping. I won't make any real profit on them. I should have 2 or 3 left for sale. After this small batch, I'll only be able to continue selling at the same price or even slighly lower if I can have around 50 "preorders". I'll invest back the 650$ from the first batch of boards, and add some from my funds, to buy a batch of connectors from the manufacturer since there is no stock anywhere, they are only making them on demand. It's supposed to be 5-6 weeks delay, so I'll order the batch as soon as possible if there is enough interest in the breakout boards. Pricing for each board will be as follow: 1-25 boards total ordered -> 70$ 26-50 boards total ordered -> 65$ 51-100 boards total ordered -> 60$ over 100 boards total ordered -> 55$ If a few boards are needed before I get the connectors from the manufacturer, I can have a few as I did for the first prototypes, but individual price for the boards will be close to 80$

And here are the pics of what you will receive when ordering the Bladecenter H breakout board, and how to assemble it to your PSU. Pics are clickable for higher resolution. Front of the board with the spacers and screws you will receive. Back of the board First step, you will need to remove 3 screws from the PSU and replace them with the M3 spacers. 2 short spacers are used at the bottom 1 long (white nylon on this picture) spacer goes to the upper hole. Second step, put the clip-on spacers in the holes on the back of the PCB. Turning them while pressing could help. Next step, put the breakout board in place on the PSU, and gently press it until the clip-on spacers are touching the hex holes. Press firmly the clip-on spacers so the enter the hex holes at the top left and top right side of the PSU. Last step, fasten the 3 screws in the hex spacers, and you are done. Everything is secured and shouldn't move when plugging or unplugging the PCI-E cables. Connect your power cord, the PCI-E cables and enjoy the high power. The board needs 1 IEC C19 power cord, and PCI-e cables with one 6 pins plug at both ends. The PCI-e sockets are rated 9A on each pin, meaning you can draw up to 27A on each socket. Only use high quality cables if you go that high. 16 AWG strongly recommended.

Hi!
in a few days my Astec AA23920L should arrive ... as I want to connect a BIG cable directly to the PSU, I am asking if its possible only to buy the Connector for 230V and the 12V ?
Do you have any internal information about that PSU such as pinouts ? Would be great if this PSU can deliver higher voltages (such as 14V) ... do you have any schematics?
I really appreciate your answer!

Give me a serial number written on it, or at least a picture, and I'll check. I should have 1 or 2 spares from the last picture, and I need to find a way to completely secure the board to the PSU just in case someone would pull on the PCI-e cables.

Hi, the 2880w boards won't be available until end of January. I was lucky to get 20 connectors for 20€ a piece to make the prototypes, but they are all sold for now. I'm still trying to get a few more, but I've got no luck yet, or they were overpriced and in the US. I'm waiting for the manufacturer to make my orders. And you won't have to provide a cooling since the PSU does already have 3x high speed pwm fans attached to the front. BTW, if someone in the US does have access to a server parts broker or recycling company, please PM me, I'm looking for a few small parts.
