Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Nothing wrong with questions - easiest way to learn.

You're asking for way too much money for your account age, activity, and reputation. You are very unlikely to get lent anywhere near that amount without collateral. You'd probably be better off asking a real life friend for a quick loan and/or finding a way to unlock your phone for less money.

Or your friends or family?

There are a lot of fake accounts here asking for a lot of money... although I haven't been here long its clearly all written down and not hard to find that even asking for such a loan is risking you being neg-repped.

This is a PM conversation with likl3sfuhjh. He will quote it, agree to it, and post his payment information.

Need .08 BTC Loan Will Repay .09
OR
$40 worth of paypal Will repay $45
will repay 3 weeks or less

Would you do those loan terms for me? Check my trust
Not right now, sorry. Not interested in loaning BTC that long and I don't use PayPal. I'm sure you'll find someone else who will do it.

what about 2 weeks?
Okay. I can do it. Please read the full terms.

.08 BTC loan, paid back for .09 BTC in <=2 weeks.

Terms in case of default:

No significant penalty for 2 additional days, except I will be upset. After 1 week, .01 BTC will be added for a total of .1 BTC as the amount to pay back. If it is not paid back after 17 days past the due date, you agree to sell me your account to me for a total of .05 BTC. That would cover the debt. I do this to avoid the worst case scenario, which is where I lose my money and the borrower loses their reputation.

If you agree, I will post this conversation in the thread, you will quote it and agree, and post your BTC address. Please make sure the address you post is your correct one, as I just had a mishap with a borrower earlier today.

Didn't have time to approve or deny until now.

Which altcoin is this? If confidential, PM it.

That's less than $20, which is like $50 short of a loan for .1 BTC for an altcoin like that. Also, Stellar doesn't seem to be traded on any of the altcoin exchanges I use these days.
