I have 2 transactions, the first one already has a bounty on it from confirmnext.com I can put a bounty on the second if need be..

http://www.confirmnext.com/bounties doesn't look very promising. Doesn't really explain in depth how a miner can confirm a transaction and seems more geared at pool owners?
