The trust rating was intended for trade. I haven't made any trade.
It seems someone abuses this as I have got all the negatives just after launching the coin!

It was.... from my Trust summary:
Quote
User                      Date            Risked BTC amount
CanaryInTheMine 2014-08-17  0.00000000

@marada:
Yes, the number of coins includes all the coins possible, POW and POS. It is quite common that devs claim the POW coin amount as total, but I want to be fair. There will be 1000*100+49000*50=2550000 coins n PoW period. The rest will be in the PoW/PoS period.

A big glory to those who are solo-mining! You are tough cookies, guys!

Have you gotten familiar with Trust yet?

Code should be reviewed by community before launch.  Otherwise, don't release on bitcointalk forums.

To which “community” do you refer? And could you give a few more details about the review process you're insisting upon?

(Just because you paid several BTC for your Hero account doesn't entitle you to throw your weight around unilaterally.)

Cheers

Release source code first.

You seem to misunderstand how coin launches work. If developers release source it will mean a launch. Unless you are willing to review the source code by yourself in private

Quote
OP with negative rating , worst launch .

Since CanaryInTheMine has found altcoin section all launches going to have negative rating devs (or at least ones that CanaryInTheMine will spot on his free time)

No really... Where's github link with commit history etc?

Uploading code at "release" is bull defecation.  Newbie accounts?

Setup your own coin's forum.
Good said!Too many scum coins are around, and lot of noobs loosing their money and getting debt because of these scumers...

There is a bounty for Mac OS X and Windows wallet binary. Who would like to compile them for the community can earn 50 AMBER per each.

You can find a lot of good info in Meta, like how you don't buy Hero accounts:

I'd like to summarize the facts about the code and launch.

Yes, there is no binary wallet at launch, but everyone can build it from the sources. This is a bit geeky coin, maybe not for everyone. If anybody is scared that the code wasn't reviewed - he can launch it in a virtual machine, won't hurt anybody.

I have released the code before the launch (to test it on another machines) but someone started premining before the official launch, so I had to modify and upload again (this is the anti-Croatian-patch, because this guy's IP is from Zagreb, Croatia).

Nearly all the devs release the code or binaries at the launchtime. It very often happens that binaries are released before the sources, but I appreciate the idea of open source. You earn coins not just with your hardware but also with your skills.
That's why there's a bounty for those who have skills and will build the binaries for the rest of community.

The issue is that your "bounty" is worthless.  50 coins?  How about offering 50,000 coins.  Even then you'd have trouble finding someone with enough interest to help you.

It seems to be just because CanaryInTheMine condescended to look up here, demand releasing the sources BEFORE the launch and when it did not happen posted his negative comment.

The only what is really amazing is why just this time? I have seen hundreds of coin launches and the wallet was never released before the launch.
Moreover it was a common practise not to release sources even an hour after the launch, just on pools demands. Binaries only (what is really bad, I can not mine in such cases).

This dev released the sources... and has got that!

It is very much unfair unless he do the same with all others devs who didn't release the sources before launch (90%+ of launches here).

it might be because he have free time now, and because of all the recent scam, in any case this is a bad lauch with only the source and no compiled qt

I don't think the launch is bad because of not releasing binary wallet! I think this is much better than binaries only.
Well, it may prevent some morons from early mining and give an extra reward for those who can build it fast themselves!

I think the reason behind this really "special treatment" could be another coin being in his interest, maybe launched nearby...

launch is good but that is not the only thing that decides the coins future.
