hello i just wanna ask, last month the VIP program gives 1 point per 0.001 worth of bets, but i bet 0.005 a while ago at direct dice and it only give me 3 VIP points.. did you reduce the rate for points or its just the dice got this convertion on VIP point rate?
Hi dznuts85, Thank you for your question. The change only affects Direct Dice bets as the No House Edge promotion that we had for a limited time ended. We still offer the lowest house edge for frequent bettors and 10 BTC Jackpot on the house. This change will not affect any of your sport bets or All-In Poker bets, or Direct Dice bets that are parlayed with them. We would like to inform you that Direct Dice No House Edge promotion has ended.
Going forward, the house edge will be between 0.49% - 0.99%, depending on your betting volume.
We will continue to provide the 10 BTC Jackpot on the house, so the true house edge will actually be lower.
To accomplish that, the loyalty points awarded to Direct Dice bets will be cut by half.
Note that this change will not affect any of your sport bets or All-In Poker bets, or Direct Dice bets that are parlayed with them.
You can find full details about our now fully automated VIP Rewards program here : http://www.directbet.eu/VIP.cshtmlPlease feel free to contact us if you have any questions. All the Best, Michelle

Can I claim reward loyalty points even though the number of points is not 5000 I have 1137 point now
Unfortunately not, sorry. The VIP Rewards Program is now fully automated. However, if you miss the first VIP Reward, please contact us at the beginning of next month. We might be able to issue a partial reward based on your number of points at the end of the month.

NEWS : Your payouts will confirm faster now !
As a result of recent changes, the Bitcoin network priorities transfers during rush hours based on the fee that is paid to send them.
The higher the fees, the faster they will confirm and become available for you to spend.
To accommodate this change we have optimized the fees that we pay for payout transfers as follows :
The fees that we now pay for payouts depend on the payout amount. If your payout is greater than 0.333 BTC, we pay the highest fees to ensure that your payout will confirm as fast as possible, in the very next block or the one right after it (that is, within a few minutes), even during the busiest times.
Payouts smaller than 0.333 BTC are guaranteed to confirm within X blocks, where X is equal to 1 divided by the payout amount (disregarding all digits after the decimal point and not more than 24 blocks).
So for example, if the payout amount is 0.26 BTC, it is guaranteed to confirm within 3 blocks (up to 20-30 minutes at the most busiest times). Payouts smaller than 0.04 BTC are guaranteed to confirm within 24 blocks, which might take up to 3-4 hours during the busiest times.
Note that most of the times, the Bitcoin network is not busy, and all payouts, small or big, are likely to confirm very fast, within seconds or minutes.

I put a bet on your dice and won a little amount, is there any chance that the payout transaction will be rejected due to small fees?

Hey directbet. Do you have plan on adding verifier on your site?
Currently you have to do the provably fair verification yourself manually. Instructions on how to verify the provably fairness of Direct Dice rolls can be found here : http://www.directbet.eu/Rules.cshtml#DiceThe following website will help you create the hash from your bet secret and seed (transaction ID) : http://www.fileformat.info/tool/hash.htmAnd the following website will help you convert hex to decimal (to determine the number that was rolled) : http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/hex-to-decimal-converterWe understand it's time consuming and will soon introduce a utility that will help you do it automatically. Meanwhile, if you have any question on how to perform the provably fair verification of a particular roll, please contact us and we will help you with that. If you like, you can pick any of your rolls and I will post here complete instructions on how to verify it. You can then apply the same technique to all your other rolls.

That's issue has been raised several times before, but Direct Dice people obviously don't realize how shady that looks, otherwise they would do that long time ago. I'm not going to play single round of dice until that is resolved, and I have played on sport on Direct Dice a lot.
