Did you not even bother to search?  There are a good number of these threads already available discussing exactly this.  Let me sum it up for you:

Cloud mining companies exist to make cloud mining companies profit.  Not you.  Why would they sell you a dollar for seventy-five cents?

I think this is a perfect example of why cloud mining companies have been able to sell so much mining capacity. We have people who have money but do not want to put any work into their investment except their money, no research, no "sweat labor" no time of their own.

take a look at Dr.G's post.  i have used GAW, and it's been a bit rocky.  I purchased Sha option, and my ROI seems out of reach at the moment.

If you're willing to go with GAW choose scrypt contracts.
