Yes I think that bitcoin will replace FIAT all over the world, but it's code should be improved again and again.

I don't think it will be able to completely replace fiat, but it may one day reach the same acceptance level as fiat and be considered as another kind of money by general public.

I think Bitcoin is not to replace the already existing currency but rather as an alternative currency for international transactions.
The surplus is the speed of transactions and transaction costs are low (fixed rate)

Bitcoin may replace credit cards, paypal, western union, bank wires, etc in the future, but not fiat money since there are still places that have unstable or no internet service or electricity.

Bitcoin can not replace fiat no matter how we try.

Fiat is to a large degree already digital, much of the fiat are just numbers in a computer, which are in only a few servers controlled by only a handful of people.
Currencies have been under heavy inflation in the past, for e.x. there are banknotes of 250 000 000 Zimbabwean dollars.
The more the money is printing, the more close to that situation we will get. Consider this theoretical  example:

Average cost of bread

year   cost ($)
1930    0.09
1940    0.10
1950    0.12
1960    0.22
1970    0.25
1980    0.50
1990    0.70
2010    2.00
2020    4.00
2030    8.00
2040    16.00
2050    32.00
2060    64.00
2070    128.00

At this point, will people  still use fiat?

My personal belief is that, someday, humanity will reach a point where it will need to remove and do without the concept of money entirely.  I wrote an article for Bitcoin Magazine touching upon this subject, and I believe that a fundamental flaw with money itself is that it displaces the value we as individuals ascribe to things based upon our personal preferences and redistributes that value according to some collective belief.  Ultimately, I think this helps to prevent individuals from self-actualization, i.e. individuals will place a greater priority upon acquiring money simply because others will recognize the value you've acquired.

However, for a world without money to exist, a radical ideological shift would be necessary to allow for global commerce to continue at its current pace and volume.  We're nowhere near that stage of enlightenment yet, so, in the meantime, hopefully a better form of money (i.e Bitcoin) will allow individuals greater freedom and greater control over their money and ultimately their lives.

At this point, will people  still use fiat?

IIRC, the Zimbabwean people started to use USD instead of the Zimbabwean dollars during the hyperinflation period.
So if the value of USD starts to go crazy, people will likely just switch to use other fiat (EUR, GBP, CNY, JPY, ...)

Bitcoin has the potential to take over the fiat money as we know it, but it won't happen any time soon.

I don't think something like this is going to happen. BTC actually based on online. So paper money will never disappear.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.  Paper money is really very primitive and requires a *lot* of resources to create and manage.  Why do you think that BTC being "online" means that paper money will never disappear?  Is it because you think that something could threaten the existence of the Internet and so it would be unsafe to rely solely upon money transacted online?

Money and Bitcoin both play significant roles in world as we know it today. However,Bitcoin can in the future over write the powerful nature of money if the current spread of BTC world wide is not in any way sabotaged.

as long there is fiat currency, bitcoin will always be in demand.

the future is bitcoin as a commodity in my opinion, but the fiat currency will still be here.
