We need to wait for a developer update which consists of: 1)Network issue and the reason why there were no more blocks created after 15000; 2)Bittrex response for the 2nd Stage Ipo and a timeline. This will help clear the air, and also I would like to invest in the 2nd stage IPO also ( I haven`t managed to buy as much as I wanted in the 1st stage because of the low cap)

Can you give some more info about guarantees?
After the market has seen several ICO's fail because devs run off......
How are you going to assure the investors that you don't run away with the BTC when ICO is sold out?

From my point of view, if you (or the exchange) can't give any guarantee, it will be hard to sell all your coins.
The market seems to be quit affraid right now.

From my point of view, if you (or the exchange) can't give any guarantee, it will be hard to sell all your coins.
