I suggest ANXPRO. We support Australian and Hong Kong direct banking, and also direct SEPA deposits and withdrawals. Our trading fees are as low as 0.05%, and we are the first to launch a Bitcoin Debit Card, and also the first well known and reputable exchange to support Stellar/BTC trading.

If you're in the US, I recommend Coinbase, since the fees aren't too bad and I've never had any issues with them. You may also want to consider trading with someone nearby through LocalBitcoins, though I'm not sure what their fees they have.

Coinbase is perfect in my opinion, but you can get better deals with localbitcoins if you are lucky.

btc-e has pretty low trading fee at just 0.2%, and you don't need to verify your identity if you are not using wire transfer for deposits.
