Ugh, I just got a queasy feeling in my gut.  And in reply to BTC Guy, if said items were paid for with ill-gotten gains, that is most definitely not cool.  I've been the victim of identity theft, and wouldn't want that to happen again.

Well, I just checked my Amazon account and gift card balance, and everything seems to be ok, for now.  From my own experience, if someone is charging hundreds and thousands on new purchases, the cardholder would get phone calls and emails about a suspicious pending transaction, would they not?

Ideally, the Bank or Company would stop those transactions until it clears them with the customer. But sadly, alot of them won't even call.

I dont encourage theft. Nor do i jump to conclusions. If the codes work thats all i care about. How is gets them is none of my business. There could be 100 different explanations to how he acquires them. Until somebody here confirms he is scam i will buy his codes.

How much of codes you purchases from me? $2,000 to $3000 or so. And has your account been frozen? Nope. I even sold to you for 25% discount!
So how have I scammed you?
And my thing is, you are correct. If I did get these codes from a stolen credit card, that shit would be reversed with the greatest of speed.
You guys crack me up.
But thats ok.

Probable scammer. I sent this guy a $1000 moneypak a week ago, lots of empty promises and stalling, still do not have codes yet. If I don't get codes or a refund by the time I wake up in the morning, I will post FULL details on the drama I had with him.

newdude, if you actually pull through with the refund or amazon codes you owe me, I will delete this post.
You impatient ass, tell the truth.

Read this. Am I really the scammer he claims I am?

I just got home, I picked up a moneypak and loaded it while on my way back. Whenever you're ready for the number, I can give it to you right now. Giving you the moneypak number now, or when you get more amazon codes, doesn't matter to me, I trust you enough. What BTC wallet address you want me to send the remaining BTC to? Same one as last time?

BTC rate is currently $4.80/BTC, so I send you 6.51 BTC, along with the $1000 moneypak for the next $1000 GC you get.

1. Take your time in paying me. No rush. If you cant do it tonight, just do it tomorrow when you wake up. I am in no hurry to collect ANY money from YOU. You got it like that.
2. Send the bitcoin or Mtgox whnever you can. Im not in a hurry.
3. I get the codes how they send them to me. So if its $500 or $100, I dont know until I get them.
4, If I dont reply back fast, its cause I am out on the town. I will hit you back when I come back online.
5. I think I just sent you the codes.

1. You can get the MoneyPak tonight or tomororow. Whenever you can. I wont hound you over $232.
2. Sorry about my incorrect calculations.
3. Whatever amount over $232, I will put it on your line of credit.
4. Here are the (10), $100 codes.

Yeah I'm ready for the first $1000 codes.

I will go out to get another $1000 moneypak and will send an additional $31.25 in BTC when I get back, that should cover the $231 I owe and the next $1000 GC. Does that sound ok? I'll send you the code when I get back from work in a couple hours. Are you able to request $500 GC amounts instead of the $100 GC? If not, I don't really mind. I'll contact you in a few hours again.

Yes, I made a mistake. Just the remainder to send for $232 for the $1000 i send to you now..
If you want to get another Moneypak for $1000, then you can. I will put the rememainder on credit marker.
Sorry about that.
You can pay the $31.25 in bitcoins or mtgox, whenever you want.
When you are ready for the (10) $100 codes, I will send them to you.
Tell me when and I will instantly email you back the codes.
I am standby waiting your command.

Sorry for the slow reply, I just woke up and about to head off to work right now. So I have a $568.75 "credit" with you, and if I did my math correctly, I still owe $231.25 (for $800 total) for the $1000 GC codes, right? Would you just like me to get a $1000 money pack so that when you get the rest of your GC, you can just give me the other $1000 also?

So please verify if this is correct and I will go out to buy another moneypack right now: $2000 GC with 20% discount means I pay $1600. If I get another $1000 moneypack with the $568.75 credit, then that's $1568.57, and I can pay the remaining $31.25 with bitcoins or mtgoxUSD. I'll just give you the moneypak first, and when you get giftcards you're expecting today, you can give it to me later.

For these large amounts, do you have several $500 codes instead of many $100 codes? Either one is fine, but it would be nice to have fewer large codes than a bunch of smaller ones. Thanks.

$1000 in cards is what I have this moment.
20% discount. Thats the regular rate. The 25% was to clear inventory.
So the sale price for you today on this deal is: $800
You saved $200.
You have a $568.75 cash marker with me.
So I will give you $1000 in cards right NOW.
So you can get another MoneyPak today for $431. Thanks.
You have my respect. If you can trust me, I can trust you.
I will hold the other $1000 as soon as I get it.
I am expecting about $5000 today or so.
I will send you the (10) $100 Amazon codes to your email as soon as you reply back
to this email. If I dont respond back quickly, its because I am out, with my kids, or asleep.

Oh, and in case you were wondering how I get these codes, this is how:
So Iphones, Ipad, Android phones, or whatever. I buy these items from people. I work at a pawnshop. I pay cash.
So for a used ipad, I only pay cash for them.
Then, I sell the Ipads to a company that pays me in Amazon and Visa giftcards.
I then sell the giftcards.
All legitimate.
http://www.gazelle.com/
http://glyde.com/
http://www.amazon.com/Electronics-Trade-In/b?ie=UTF8&node=2226766011
Plus, I buy the cards from poker players. Players trade their points for giftcards, then sell them. That is what I sell.
I sold $8,000 worth of Amazon codes today alone.
Now you know how I get them. Free money. Everyone wins!

$575 total in cards you have purchased today..
25% discount.
So the sale price to you for today only on this deal is: $431.25
You saved $143.75
You have a $568.75 cash line of credit marker with me now.
I will reserve $2000 for you as soon as I get it. Its yours. You have earned my respect.
I will send you an email to notify you the moment I get them.
You can give me a cellphone number and I can text you also when I get them,
Codes are below. All are $25 each.

All I have left in my mtgox is $154, which is only good for about $192.50 worth of amazon gift card. You offered that you can send the GC first to up to $200 amount for people you've already dealt with, so would it be ok if you sent me this $500 code amount after I give you a deposit of $154 via mtgoxUSD code? That means I'll still owe you $264. Do you trust me enough for this? Here is the thread I've been selling custom made cables, I've had alots of buyers and shipped out between 50-100 custom soldered cables. I'll try to get money in through bitinstant or aurumexchange, but I have no idea now they work and need to read about it first. I've only used dwolla.

Good, let's make this public now, no more private emails. So if you owe me still, where is my refund or the codes? It's been a week. And how about you post everything so people can see how shady you really are. Make it organized please, no one is going to follow that string of emails. Quote just ONE time that I needed to lie about anything? You on the other hand, lied to me a dozen times and been stalling for a week now.

Shady? Ive replied to your emails within 5 minutes of you emailing, all but 2 times.
Yes I owe you $600. Thats all that should matter.
But dont come on here talking shit like I am hiding from you or not responding to you. Cause its bullshit. You know that its bullshit.
I have a job, a family, 4 kids, and I go to church 2 times a week. So you can kiss the roundest part of my ass for all I could care.
I will send your funds to you by Mtgox code as soon as I can get to the bank and use Bitinstant or Aurum to get it.
Will it be today? Will it be tomorrow? Will I leave my job at the pawnshop for 1 hour and miss out on more opportunity to buy more electronics to trade for more and more Amazon codes to accommodate your impatient ass? Hell no.

I really dont care enough to read all that shit. You answered my question with your last post. If your not scam just ignore the people talking shit and do what you do. If you deliver i dont care what people say i will buy from you and im sure others will too.

Exactly.
But I am not selling anything else on here anyway.
Not now, not ever.
Everything I get is already sold the second I get it.
He just doesnt know how good he had it and would have had it. If he only had a clue.
So it doesnt matter, does it?
If I were indeed a scammer, I could have took his ass for $4,000 easy.
So when I can get away from my job and family, I will send his ass his $600.

I agree man. But this shit is too much! LOL.
I have been going non-stop at my job since 8am.
Could I give him Amazon codes right now this very second for 20-25% right now this very second and end this bullshit with him? Yes I can.
Will I? NOPE.
He can go buy his codes from somewhere else. Go and try to get 20% everyday from Occulta for chump change. He aint having that shit.
I am not going to give him the satisfaction of enjoying $150 extra. Fuck that. And yes, I am a Christian.
If this makes me shady, then call me shady.
I never lied to him or scammed him of ANYTHING.
And he said I owed him $1000, when I actually owe him $568.75. He needs to set the facts straight.
And anyone that I sold codes to, if they went first, they got their codes inside of 5 minutes.
If I went first, I didnt hound them over payment. I am way too busy to even care.
