Lion Coin is based on a brand new source code, under development to make a new, PoM (Proof of Multiply ) based coin .

PoM coin is based on the bank working system,in which you can hold your money for a long time and they give you percentage on holding them.The biggest difference is that  this is 100 % free! Free distribution and free process to be a Lion Coin share holder. You can multiply your coins only holding them. Just as in the bank system the more you have the more percentage you got for it .

Total Supply : 1 000 000 ( one million)
Total number of shareholders :  100 ( one hundred )
Coins per share : 5 000 ( Five thousand )
Logo Contest Winner gets : 2 shares
Translation (Chinese, German, French and Japanese ) : 2 shares

As we mentioned registration is free, distribution is free but due to the mass coin release in the last weeks this will be only developed if a minimum of 4-5 Bitcoins will be collected just to see that people are interested in this coin.
Our investment will raise much over 15-20 BTC but our main goal is to create something that give people a stable , strong place to hold their coins (This is why we choose the name: Lion ). Our costs will be held by some very very good and pleasant people who offered their support to us , but we decided to make this coin only if people are really interested in this. Dev, PoM sounds interesting and I think you could make a go of this coin but please change the name! Lion coin is absolutely horrible.

First of all thank you for your response and for your PM.

Changing the name sounds good for us because we think that people care about this one.
The distribution is free but we want to collect those coins to see that people are interested in this coin,so we can invest our money to develop, thats why we set only a 4-5 BTC goal (not 10-20-150-300 just like others)
Now are a lot of things to do but all the valid PM's sent so far will receive a confirmation mail.
any suggestion or idea how to make  this more popular or familiar are also welcomed and the best ideas might get a free share.

I would not say it is a copy,  i belive that coins can help each other develop ,maybe some things looks familiar but i think it is not a problem to take good things and make them better!

It is under development but we are not hurrying as you could read that this will be only fully developed if people are interested in this ( collect like 4-5 BTC)

Lionshare is cool. While lioncoin could also work it's pretty much a handicap since that's already been used.

It is amazing how we still have 10 days and we are 200 already, after reading that many of you say that we should make a bigger community we thought to expand the number to 500 shares, so guy you can still register until the last day, or until we get to 500 if things go smoothly this will happen in no time

After an unsuccessful meeting in Belgium with some potential  investors we are now in a critical situation, so i think this project should be declared over since we don't have enough funds to develop it. We would need 7-8 BTC to finisht he project but we just don't want to make this an IPO so we won't beg you for help. We tried to found funds but so far without success. Thank you for applying for our coin and believe in us but we have to close this project .

Maybe later when we have sufficient funds but without any help that will be in a long time.
