Lion Coin is based on a brand new source code, under development to make a new, PoM (Proof of Multiply ) based coin .

PoM coin is based on the bank working system,in which you can hold your money for a long time and they give you percentage on holding them.The biggest difference is that  this is 100 % free! Free distribution and free process to be a Lion Coin share holder. You can multiply your coins only holding them. Just as in the bank system the more you have the more percentage you got for it .

Dev, PoM sounds interesting and I think you could make a go of this coin but please change the name! Lion coin is absolutely horrible.

You can ask for suggestions in this thread. Here are some:

If you are intent on sticking with the "lion" theme, then "Lionshare" is cooler than Lioncoin.

First of all thank you for your response and for your PM.

Changing the name sounds good for us because we think that people care about this one.
The distribution is free but we want to collect those coins to see that people are interested in this coin,so we can invest our money to develop, thats why we set only a 4-5 BTC goal (not 10-20-150-300 just like others)
Now are a lot of things to do but all the valid PM's sent so far will receive a confirmation mail.
any suggestion or idea how to make  this more popular or familiar are also welcomed and the best ideas might get a free share.

I would not say it is a copy,  i belive that coins can help each other develop ,maybe some things looks familiar but i think it is not a problem to take good things and make them better!

 When will you upload source code?
It is under development but we are not hurrying as you could read that this will be only fully developed if people are interested in this ( collect like 4-5 BTC)
