Sorry I just read it, I will try to contact your service support, who knows my account can be recovered and you don't need to create another new account, I didn't really think about any funds that were there before, but I think if I can access it again it will be enough for me , worried that there will be a suspension if the system detects me creating multiple accounts with the same IP.

The policies and minimums currently used on the website make it impossible for a small stakes users to play and enjoy themselves. If they deposit 20 doge, and turn it into 60 through legitimate betting and decide to quit, they will quickly find out that they cannot withdraw their coins unless they make an additional deposit to meet the minimum, or if they get extremely lucky and double their deposit 4-5 times over. Reaching out to customer support is pointless because the same immature moderators that frequent chat will likely be your "customer support agent".

Not everyone has the means to deposit additional coins to meet the minimum. Even if I did, I should not have to go through the hassle of purchasing additional coins from an exchange, transferring them to crypto.games, and eating the transaction fees along the way to get my coins off of the site; just because your company wants to prevent "faucet abuse".

The fact is that those freebies are meant to test the casino and nothing significant aside from, even if you are luck ly to have won a bet using a free coin to stake it still means you need to play for more to be able to reach the wagering requirement, be for you can withdraw, same applies to deposits but in the case of deposits the withdrawal wagerconditionss normally little compared to bonuses claim wagering which is normally 10x-15x ore end 25x wagering conditions.

Instead of trying to understand my situation from a players perspective and doing the right thing of allowing me to quit and withdraw my coins, your support staff said "tough luck" and my only option is to deposit more coins to a website I'm trying to quit using. lol

And when I go public with the information, you restrict my account, force me to go through a "KYC" verification process that obviously nobody wants to go through if they are gambling with crypto. My coins that I deposited to your website are now locked up in this account that I will never be able to withdraw from. Your website and the decisions of its owners/operators have effectively stolen my crypto. The games on here may be provably fair but the people behind it are obviously not and only want to take your coins.

There is a point to where there will still be loopholes to sneak into VIP when there are lower volume altcoins but when there is a promotion like this I believe more and more users are trying to chase it so have to really take advantage of the opportunity that exists.
But unfortunately I don't really like dice games even though playing there is only to get VIP but for dice games it's better not and prefer other games.
Maybe with dice I can achieve high bets with low bets but this will be in vain because I also gamble to get pleasure from a win that is obtained while in dice there will be less chance of winning it.
