my wallet isnt syncing

i did all you had in here delete appdatta except wallet.dat

now it says cant open wallet.dat error 30973

i hear alot about new one where is it release or shut up about it cause wallet you have sucks

all my others work fine i dont get it i took out so i can stake now its funked i will never buy this if it is only a few days old was working fine

could something block this is there software to run to check for it im just at a loss to figure it out

Not the same issue but maybe this could work. 

If you create a shortcut of fluttercoin-qt, and modify this to start fluttercoin-qt -rescan. Right click on the shortcut and choose properties and edit it so that -rescan is added to fluttercoin-qt.exe -rescan

 If you are already in sync it will rescan the blockchain and verify everything. You can also go to debug console, debug and run checkwallet, and if its false you can run repairwallet

Rescan is a cleaner way to do this, so I would try that first.

Backup your wallet.
Delete everything in your %appdata% directory except wallet.DAT

Start qt, it should sync up.

Our wallet is no real different than any wallet out there, except for fluttercoin festuresets, but core coin mechanics are still there.  It is forked from novacoin and we have applied fixes with regards to any issues related that would cause issues, including fixes for other pieces.  We are cosntsntly following numerous coins and applying fixes that we see. 0.4.5.11 is our latest and most stable wallet.

Apologies for the issues you are having but wallet problems occur.  This is why every time we do something the first thing is backup wallet, also dumpprivkey address, and print that out.  Ask Cryptsy how many times they have to resync the btc blockchain, this software and technology is beta for a reason.

These problems can be resolved.  I have only had one issue where we could not retrieve the addresses in wallet because of a botched encryption process.  But again there was no backup to try.

there is nuthing new i can say in personal message and if someone has same thing its better to see here so they can fix

You would think when all hope is loss you would be willing to do whatever to get it fixed.  But yeah I suppose you do it your way, the pm was so I could include the link for .12 which has flutterspeed to get this synced up easier.

Something to check, download crystaldiskinfo and check your drive for errors.

here's some thing to try...
Backup wallet
Delete the fluttercoin directory under %appdata%. And yes including wallet.dat
Launch qt
Sync up the blockchain
Close qt after sync
Copy your backed up wallet back
Setup a shortcut to fluttercoin-qt and edit the shortcut
Put -rescan on the .exe so it looks like directory\fluttercoin-qt.exe -rescan
And let it rescan should scan through and then start the wallet this takes awhile

Another option in shortcut fluttercoin-qt.exe -salvagewallet

If all these fail then you need to extract the keys manually, which just send me your wallet file and can work on this as I have time.  Its beyond a bct post, you can search for how to do this, which I would also need to do to refresh how to do it.

And I have other wallets that work, bit I have also done recoveries for !many other wallets, these issues are not uncommon.  And I could say with all the flt wallets I run I have never had this issue

I contacted bittrex support to find out more and this is their answer :

We removed fluttercoin because it was averaging 0.02936095 BTC per day which doesn't cover our costs for running the market. To get re-added back to Bittrex, we'll need to see significant user demand. Alternately, the coin developers can pay for a spotlight and we'll re add them back to our exchange.

Most of us are trading at Mintpal and Cryptsy. We can't ''force'' people to trade somewhere. Bittrex are fairplay, I respect them, they will add us back when/if there is enought asking. 

Our lead dev is now on the Cryptsy ''ID verification process''. It's a nice opportunity !  I do like how they answered to Moolah/Mintpal ''ethic'' approach. So our big boy will be a presence on Cryptsy to help any user, answers questions, correct bad information, etc.

It's not a sprint, it's a marathon. Fluttercoin is not even yet 1 year old ! And doing fine. Look at our last release this week - it's another step toward our main target, that is to create the more ''user friendly'' currency out there.
