It really is a waste of time this. The fact that he is not using an escrow, there is no rollover monthly and the minimum post count makes this unfeasible.

Actually, there is a monthly rollover of 100% of your posts in the first month if you didn't reach the minimum, and 50% thereafter. You have that in the OP:

The 80 minimum post per month, and no escrow/upfront payment makes me a bit hesitant to do the required task.

It's no signature campaign, you just post in his own forum to increase their ranking and whatnot. However it's bloody impossible to reach 80 posts per month without spamming.
