There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I'm looking at richlist (if it's correct) and boy this doesn't look good.
Someone has over 25% coins? Is this a bittrex or some user?

We've got some big whales over here anyway.
Nevertheless 1k sato is duable as a stable price this week for sure.

If you are looking at the first ones in the richlist then you know that these are the exchanges. You see this with every coin that is listed on Exchanges. Lots of people have coins there. I have about 400.000 MWC on Bittrex myself.

Normal thing... and 1K sato is a joke as target...you will see

Dev's should concider approaching  jl777 and joining the super network.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=762346

It'll be great exposure for us, and great for the coin overall.

Edit: Yes it looks to be an exchange, I should be about 40th, but I'm not there.
