Then all of a sudden releases a coin and I quote from above " jack the bitcoin code" Seems a bit fishy to me

It's the only thing that makes the most sense.  Really none of it makes any sense.  Unless a whistle blower, already knew he was tied to use coin, and knew to dump right away.  It's another mystery, but we do know that he wasn't going to deliver.  He couldn't produce a video, pictures, or anything.  A full fledged fraud.  He is probably working on his next coin now.  

its already been proven that the usecoin dev account as well as a cpl other ICO COINs dev accounts, all posted in the same giveaway threads multiple times months ago, and all took time off for the same amount of time until coming back when their accounts were member now. check here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=754555.0

somewhere, a BCT admin also said that all of those accounts were logged in from some VPN service, HMMMMMMM

we dont need a bounty, we just need bittrex to listen to the community
this guy is a scammer, giving him our money in any way is not the correct decision
any legitamite dev/project would go out of their way to prove to us(the community) as well as bittrex and whoever else has questions that they are 100% legit, but this guy cant even answer basic questions properly.

I have done all these, and I have communicated with them through IRC, but it does not work. Bittrex is protecting scammer.
