How we no for sure Argakiig is still alive.....

Zeero

He's on slack, just posted the other day.

Talk of appointing a community organizer/thread updater. Would be a great idea to keep everyone informed.

Yeah we are on slack already but everyone is not there. It is very very good and healthy idea to have one organizer of thread who posts on behalf of Argakiig.

Why not? Do you want updates? Cuz as of now argakiig isn't in the thread, so why not have someone who is willing to gather the info and relay it to the thread? Not sure why a thread moderator shouldn't be a good idea...

We need some one here to give some updates about SSD..Do we have some one here who has a great contact with our Dev to give real updates once in the week?

But how difficult can it be to give some talk here by Argakiig ....Why we have this talk here it's only a little problem what can be solved by Argkiig in one minut.

This should be solved soon. Someone in the slack group is stepping up to fill this void.

This is really good thing if someone is to be appointed by Argakiig as his spoke person to keep the thread active and attractive for new investors . SSD has great future there is no doubt but we need fresh investment .

Correct, BTT is where Most supporters come for info and where new investors find information. That's what has been talked about in slack.

I start with ssd on bitcointalk...I not go ask can i go to slack i hate that so for me i start here and end i will end here! But i don't sell ssd because it is a great coin..I love my top 10.

But one this moment Argakiig disappoint me not personal...He design a great Coin but he can make it better, Not give a reaction here it's not Done. You have people who Support you DO SOMETHING WITH IT HERE AND NOT ONE SLACK WACK UP! WE believe in your design........Come one Argakiig give some reaction give your ideas some boost!

RadDragon,

I am already in the slack group, but for the sake of the community here are a few points that could be touched on when you get a chance! Smiley

Current state of development (hondo and stealth is in the process of some cool things what are the chances they will also be implemented sonic wallet)?

I know he was working on a bootstrap as well as the TOR wallet. What should we expect? Time frames?

I am not looking for the answers to these cuz I somewhat know what's going on. I am in no rush for these developments but some insight would be great for the ones not in slack.

Hi everybody!  Good news, and some updates.

In an effort to improve transparency between the community and the coin devs, I will be acting as a liason between Argakiig and the Bitcointalk forum.  Nice to meet you, for those I have not spoken with before.

Arg's time - in the best interests of SSD - is devoted primarily to coding for the coin.  He is a hard working fellow and focused on the goal of seeing SSD's production through, to innovate new technologies and bolster the usefulness of this coin to new levels.

Argakiig's current goals are, in his next release (the current ETA for release is March) are:
- Towards the development of the Tor browser and relay in wallet
- Blocknet incorporation, enabling transfer between blockchains
- Optimization of code for improved load and run speed
- Improved user friendliness

Also, I would like to note that Hondo from StealthCoin (XST) collaborates with argakiig in coin development.  So, yes -- future technology used by StealthCoin will also be implemented in SSD.

These two coin devs work very well together and have a great relationship -- I foresee their collaboration being exceptional for the future of both coins.

If anyone has questions and would like them relayed to Argakiig, please feel free to post them and I will see to it.  I am keeping this post relatively short and to the point, but I hope that it suffices now that communications will be restored between the BTT community and dev team.

Stay frosty.  Cheesy

More than happy to help!

You can show support by asking questions and letting others know about SSD.  Let's drum up this forum's community again and breathe some life back into Sonic.  Smiley
