It's a great pleasure for Sonic to have a new color, and it will be a great achievement if it can develop better.

I got Bittrex to update the ticker from SSD to TORQ which is a small victory.

Where did you SSD and now replaced by TORQ coin on Bittrex ? I didn't see it listed. It was available on site status page since its market was delisted and now it is still there with zero connection and blocked status. I would like know if you have some special link to access this market.

If this is true what you have said then it is clear he has no interest in Sonic anymore. Where can I confirm this thing that he is really doing work for raiblocks. He appeared here and after dropping couple of posts disappeared the way it did couple of years ago without letting us know any serious motive.

Can we expect something anymore ? Where is everyone gone no activity for approximated two weeks here. This kind of attitude will not let people come near this abandoned project where developer isn't serious in it anymore at all. There was some hope but unfortunately argakiig didn't change attitude.

It seems risky to hold the coin in the hand, and in the long run, if the coin is successful, it will be rewarded.

    URGENT UPDATE REQUIRED

    As of 12AM 9-10-2014 GMT all previous versions can disconnect from Main Net due to changes in Transactions.
    The Time Vortex v.2 is built into this build but will not become available until 12AM 9-10-2014 GMT.
    You will also be unable to generate Time Vortex Addresses until such time.

    /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

    Changelog:

    • Qt Version 2.0 with TimeVortex V.2
    • Leveldb
    • Qt Version 2.1
    • Compatibility with Steganography App

    /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

    Update Procedure:

    • Step 1: Close running client
    • Step 2: Open Application Directory

      • Windows: %appdata%\sonicscrewdriver
      • Linux: ~/.SonicScrewdriver
      • MAC: /Users/<yourusernamehere>/Library/Application Support/SonicScrewdriver
    • Step 3: Move your wallet.dat file to a separate directory
      • Backing up but not removing wallet.dat can cause first sync with levelbd to take a long time if you have a lot of transactions
    • Step 4: Download New QT
    • Step 5: Remove Existing QT via uninstall or file removal depending on OS and Previous Installation Method
    • Step 6: Install New QT
    • Step 7: Wait for Wallet to Sync
      • This step can take a while depending on number of transactions in wallet.dat and if you moved the wallet.dat file as suggested in Step 3
    • Step 8: Close down QT
    • Step 9: Move wallet.dat backup back to Application data folder. See step 2 for default Folder locations
    • Step 10: Fire up QT again and verify balance is correct, if not open console and type 'clearwallettransactions' once that is finished type 'scanforalltxns'.
      This can take a while as all blocks are checked for transactions related to contents of wallet.dat

    How to setup SonicRelay for use with SonicCoin

    Required files
    Sonic(see above) package extract to %userprofile%\sonicrelay
    f5.jar location should be %userprofile%\sonicrelay

    Step 1. Create SonicScrewdriver.conf file in the %appdata%/SonicScrewdriver folder

       confirm_address = <address to send confirmation to>
       success = Awesome Sauce

    For all of you wondering, this is a re-release under my personal Bitcointalk account.
    When I first released I wanted to maintain some form of anonymity as to who I was. I realize this could actually be detrimental to the continuation of this coin so as a result have posted this as me.
    The old thread is found here

    This coin is finished now I can say finally because it is abandoned by its developer. Argakiig is back and very active on the forum in spreading word about other project but he has no time to post anything here. He didn't even look at the concerns and left the people in the middle of way without caring of them.

    Well that sucks.
    I thought using steganography was a fucking brilliant ideas for a coin, in a world full of more successful alt coins that have nothing going for them.
    What a waste of a great idea and what a waste of my money.
