Would you name your baby Satoshi for 150 bitcoins?

Satoshi is a perfectly normal Japanese name, but those fellas want to name her Satoshi Bitcoin. Let's hope that kids she'll have to deal with will be gentle.

I think "Toshi" is a better name than Satoshi...if you are truly going to name your kid that.   I think you can only pull off Satoshi if you are Japanese...

I sure would.  Just because that's his legal name, doesn't mean you can't call him/her another name.  There was a local radio station contest, and a guy changed his legal name to Heywood Jablome. It was on 99.3 CFOX. Can't remember what he won, but I really doubt he goes by that name now.  Even at today's rate, that would be a great start to a college fund.

There might be a moral question but I don't think ethics has anything to do with it unless the money you're being given is stolen or laundered.
