I think they have already paid out some of them. I had sent an amount on 28th and got paid the next day(even though the site was down then).

IIRC, the event and chatbox time on LB are in UTC time, so it is more or less already Thursday evening already now (5:50 PM UTC).
We should soon see a new announcement from Binary, either a good news (LB is back) or a bad news (we need more time).

We could probably come back online at this point, but we don't feel it would be the right thing to do as some serious stuff still require work. We'll keep working hard to bring LB back in a form we are confident to operate reliably. Thank you all for your patience and support. Yes, it's a hell of a downtime, but hopefully it will be the only one of its kind, and we'll be back better than ever.

Because the blockchain API is everything but reliable. But most important, try to pull >1 million tx from their API for the fun...
LB is at quite a different scale than what most people are used to... In fact probably unique together with satoshidice. Anyway, solutions that seem easy on your desktop computer with your personal wallet are a no-go for us

It's no big deal if you know how to deal with bitcoin at this large scale. Good news is, we know how, and we're making LB even better than it was before.

Thanks for clearing that up. I also took some time to test the api and in the few hours I was testing it I noticed it was very unresponsive and was down or stooped working on two different occasions.
